Eligibility Criteria To qualify for the FSWP, candidates must

Have at least one year of continuous full-time (or equivalent part-time) paid work experience in the past 10 years in a skilled occupation (NOC 0, A, or B).
Achieve CLB 7 in English or French (reading, writing, listening, speaking).
Possess a Canadian educational credential OR a foreign credential with an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).
